Hi Aud Ross Solberg and others,

My girlfriend and I (31, Dutch) will once again go mountain walking in the
Lake District (Cumbria) and (Northern) Scotland between july 8th and 1st
august. We arrive by boat in Harwich in the evening of the 8th and travel by
car.
Around the weekend of 10/11 july we plan to do training walks near Wast Water.
Especially we intend to climb the Great Gable (We did Sca Fell some years ago).
Maybe you want to connect with us somewhere in the Midlands or on the border
of the Lake District, or so.
After a few days in the Lake district we will move on to North Western
Scotland.
If anyone is interested in long walks across Northern Scotland, we can supply a
relatively difficult to acquire list of bothies (mountain huts) from the
Mountain Bothy Association (MBA). The exact location on OS maps is included.
They are not eager to advertise the Bothies by the way, in order to keep them
in good shape. But walking from one to another is great (most are at a days
walking from one another and/or in the valley of important/well known Munroes.

Best wishes to Norway, only last saturday a girl friend of mine married a
Norwegian in the small Norwegian church in Rotterdam.
Lots of Norwegians were present and we had a big party in the evening with
people from all over North Western Europe.

Oh, also, congratulations with the Norwegians soccer team's win over England
yesterday evening. Our chances to go to the Wold Cup next year in the US
have risen too as a result.
