The basic wall construction is to put up 3/4 inch plywood or structure
board in whatever position you want to climb, and secure it well
enough to hold several times the climber weight. I have a wall up a
stairwell and use limestone holds that I drilled myself and Metolius
plastic holds, which also come with wall building instruction. There
are dozens of companys that make holds of plastic, wood, rock, etc.
and range in price from $2.00 US to $12.00 US per hold. I can compile
a list from a magazine review of them if you what.
